Must be a resident of Kern County, CA to enter contest. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. Prizes may not be sold or redeemed for cash.

Winners will be notified by mail and must respond to Kern Value Card within 72 hours to claim their prize, after which time a new winner will be drawn.
